What you'd use it for

These leads run a camera off a Gold Mount or V-Mount battery instead of its own small on-board cell, which is how most crews get a full day out of a mirrorless or cinema body without a battery change. One end is a P-Tap plug that goes into the battery or a Titon Base; the other end is the dummy battery, barrel plug or Lemo style connector that the particular camera takes. The regulated versions carry a converter box mid cable that steps 14.4V down to the voltage the camera expects, and several have reverse polarity protection so a lead plugged in backwards is not damaged.

Options

Pick by the dummy battery or connector your camera takes, not by the camera model alone. If the body runs on an LP-E6 or an NP-FZ100, choose the lead for that battery; if it takes a barrel or Lemo style plug, choose the lead listed against that camera. The list is grouped by brand. Cameras named in the Technical data table below are the ones Anton/Bauer lists for each lead.
