LEE Filters Gel Finder

LEE Filters Gel Finder

Start from the job — correcting a colour temperature, killing a green cast, cutting a stop, softening a source — and get the right LEE numbers with the fractional options laid out in order. Or browse the whole range by colour. Pick a size to see what each gel costs in that size — prices come live from this store. Links open in a new tab.

Transmission Y% is the percentage of light the gel passes, as published by LEE for a daylight source. Lower number, less light. Mired shift is LEE's measure of how far a filter moves colour temperature — negative cools, positive warms.

Technical figures and descriptions are LEE's own published data. Swatch colours are LEE's own published reference values for 291 of the 296 filters; 4 are sampled from the LEE technical data card in your product photography; 1 has no published colour at all and is shown as a blank swatch. Either way a screen swatch is a close guide, not colorimetry — check a swatch book before committing on critical work.

Prices are read live from this store when the page loads, so they are never a stale copy. Choosing a size links straight through to that variant.
