A weak diffusion used for softening spotlight beam edges without altering shape.

What you'd use it for

Scatters light more widely than white diffusion, knocking out shadow edges and hot spots. Quiet grades are made for sound stages where a rustling gel is a problem. It's a light gel — reckon on about ⅓ stop.
