What you'd use it for

Reusable nylon ties for dressing cable on a cart, a trolley or a truck shelf. Wrap one around the loom, press the hook-and-loop down and it is done. They come off as fast as they go on, which matters when a rig gets pulled apart three times a day, and they leave nothing behind on the cable jacket.
