The short version: a full size Gold Mount plate with bare positive and negative wires, for custom builds.

What you'd use it for

This is the blank canvas of Gold Mount plates. It is a full size bracket with open ended positive and negative wires, so a tech can wire a Gold Mount battery into pretty much anything: a custom rig, a monitor, a cart or a bit of gear that never came with a battery mount.

It mounts from the back of the plate (blind mounted) with 6/32 screws, so the screws stay hidden.

Good to know

  • Bare wires mean it needs to be wired up by someone who knows what they are doing.
