The short version: eight rotating leaves for finer, cleaner shaping than a 4 leaf set.

What you'd use it for

The 8 leaf barndoor adds smaller leaves between the main four, so you can make cleaner, more precise cuts and shape the beam into angles a 4 leaf set cannot. It is the upgrade lighting directors reach for when the cuts really matter.

Good to know

  • 269 mm diameter.

Works with

The Studio X4.
