What you'd use it for

Barndoors are how you keep light off things: the background, the lens, the ceiling. Swing a leaf in to cut a hard edge, and rotate the whole set to line the cut up with whatever you are shaping around. A 4 leaf set comes with each Studio X, so this is a spare or replacement.
