What you'd use it for
A Snapgrid eggcrate that attaches directly to the tube and narrows the beam to 40 degrees. Use it to keep light off a wall, out of a lens or held on one part of the set, with easy directional control and far less spill than a bare tube. It goes on and off quickly, so it suits a unit that is moving the fixture from position to position.
