A useful diffuser without too much light loss but very pliable to handle. Diffusion characteristics fall between 251 and 252.

What you'd use it for

Scatters light more widely than white diffusion, knocking out shadow edges and hot spots. Quiet grades are made for sound stages where a rustling gel is a problem. Budget roughly 1⅓ stops of light loss.
