A strong diffuser that creates a wide field of soft illumination but is thicker than the 402 Soft Frost.

What you'd use it for

Scatters light more widely than white diffusion, knocking out shadow edges and hot spots. Quiet grades are made for sound stages where a rustling gel is a problem. It's a dense gel at about 2⅓ stops, so rig more light than you think you need.
