The flowtech 100 MS (C1266-0003) is supplied with a carbon fibre mid-level spreader, which sits partway up the legs so the tripod can be set up quickly and stably in narrow spaces, on stairs or on uneven terrain. The flowtech 100 GS (C1266-0004) is supplied with a ground (floor) spreader, which links the feet at floor level for maximum stability on flat surfaces and allows a lower minimum height (43 cm vs 52 cm with spreader) and a slightly higher maximum height (159 cm vs 155 cm with spreader). Both share the same legs, 100mm bowl and 30 kg payload, and both can be used without a spreader on the included rubber feet.
