What you'd use it for
A shoulder pad for carrying a camera on the shoulder through a long day. The body is soft but holds its shape rather than flattening out, and the contact face is lined with anti-slip leather so it stays where you put it instead of sliding as the operator moves. Adjustable straps with quick release buckles let it fit any build, and a zip in the pad lets you add or remove the sponge padding until the height suits the rig.
A useful bit of kit for documentary and ENG crews, and for anyone running a shoulder rig without a proper pad on it.
